Real Property Management Enterprises in Pasadena seeks a dependable Property Field Specialist to inspect residential properties across Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley. This field-based role keeps you active, traveling to sites to observe, photograph, and document conditions for our management team.

No licensed home inspection required. You’ll learn on the job, report maintenance needs, and help ensure properties are ready for move-ins.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, real estate, construction, maintenance or inspection is helpful but not required.
• Ability to travel to properties across Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley.
• Comfortable entering occupied and vacant properties.
• Proficient in taking clear photos and documenting conditions.
• Own a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine interior and exterior property evaluations.
• Take clear photos and document property conditions.
• Identify and report visible maintenance concerns.
• Complete digital property evaluation reports.
• Post notices at properties as directed.
• Check vacant properties for status.
• Coordinate with vendors and provide property access as needed.
• Assist with move-in/move-out documentation.
• Handle miscellaneous field tasks.
