The role focuses on data entry, maintaining customer accounts, and coordinating with field technicians to ensure sensors report correctly during tests.

The position requires 1–2 years of experience preferred, a high school diploma or equivalent, and comfort with computers and Teams for internal communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and customer data management.
• Familiarity with SBN or similar data systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills via phone and Teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of post-high school education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and updating accounts on SBN.
• Communicate with Field Coordinators and Installation Team.
• Handle high call volume and manage inboxes.
• Confirm install signals received and coordinate with field technicians.
• Multitask across multiple systems and channels.
• Identify raw/phantom signals and maintain data integrity.
