Job summary

• Represent the company to the customer and ensure customer satisfaction with service.
• Coordinate actions with customers to minimize downtime and assist Installation Engineers.
• Prepare quotes for labor, travel expenses incurred and parts needed.
• Cross-train and assist other field service engineers; guide less senior CSEs.
• Conduct customer orientation and technical training on equipment maintenance.
• Travel to customer facilities across the western US and North America as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge capture and reuse using available systems.
