Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Support Engineer for the Industrial Food & Beverage division to serve as the primary technical and service contact for accounts in the district. You will support cleaning and sanitizing programs, assist sales account managers, and help design and implement CIP/OPC solutions to optimize safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and provide practical solutions.
• Strong relationship management and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service visits and testing for safe, effective food safety programs.
• Manage CIP/OPC programs and develop improvements.
• Understand CIP in food/beverage/dairy operations and implement changes.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate plant cleaning operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and customer requirements.
• Update databases and generate weekly service reports.
• Assist with data analysis on program performance and growth opportunities.
• Support sales teams with design/implementation of cleaning programs.
