Job summary

TekWissen LLC is seeking a Field Support Engineer to support end-user devices in Bothell, WA on a 6-month onsite assignment. Responsibilities include data backup, Windows 11 upgrades, and basic troubleshooting with SCCM/Intune.

Strong communication for client-facing support is required, and experience in Life Science/R&D environments is preferred. This temporary role offers hands-on desktop management within a global workforce solution provider.
