Job summary

TechDigital Group in Bothell, WA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist end users with data backups, Windows 11 upgrades, and standard business applications. You will work with R&D labs in the life sciences field, providing basic troubleshooting and deploying images via SCCM/Intune.

Strong client-facing communication is essential as you help users maintain data integrity and operate comfortably with common tools like MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end users with data backup and recovery.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and client deployment tools.
• Knowledge of end-user data backup tools and processes.
• Prior experience in Life Science or R&D labs is a plus.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-user data backup and restore tasks as needed.
• Upgrade end-user systems to Windows 11 version where required.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for Windows 10/11 and deployment tools like SCCM/Intune.
• Support users with standard apps such as MS Office and other tools.
