Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role that blends 75% remote work with monthly travel to the Washington, D.C. Metro area, supporting children with Autism.

You will supervise and mentor technicians, design ABA treatment plans, and train parents, with no direct therapy hours required. CEU stipend and comprehensive benefits round out a role focused on growth, collaboration, and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification in good standing required.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Cultural awareness: collaborate with diverse backgrounds and ensure culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide parent training and case supervision (no direct therapy hours required!).
  • Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and data analysis.
