Job summary

Behavioral Framework in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services. This full-time role allows for remote work with monthly travel for in-person supervision. Ideal candidates possess a Master’s in a relevant field and solid ABA knowledge. What You’ll Do
  • Provide approximately 32 clinical hours per week delivering behavior analytic services
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians to maintain high-quality service delivery
  • Manage a diverse caseload across varying client needs, age groups, and funding sources
  • Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming based on client progress
  • Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant with payer and organizational requirements
  • Foster collaboration across diverse families, teams, and cultural backgrounds
  • Travel monthly for in-person supervision and clinical team meetings
What You Bring
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
  • Experience with verbal behavior programming and behavioral assessments
  • Leadership experience supervising Behavior Technicians or RBTs
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Monthly travel to service areas and company meetings
  • Working in fast-paced clinical settings
  • Standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, and other physical movement throughout the workday
  • Lifting and moving materials or assisting in client environments as needed
