Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Willingness to supervise BCBAs and contribute to mentorship.
  • Criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam.
  • On-site/telehealth supervision across in-home, school, and center-based settings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians and supervise ABA programs with fidelity.
  • Develop FBAs and ABA interventions, including parent education and ongoing problem-solving.
  • Provide supervision via in-home, school, or center-based sessions and coordinate CPT codes/telehealth assessments.
  • Collaborate with families and clinical staff to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
