Fetch is seeking a Part-Time Field Support Associate to provide hands-on, non-supervisory field support for communities with our Valet Trash Service. This role supports contractor-based operations and acts as a flexible extension of the operations team during audits, inventory tasks, and short-term field assistance.

The ideal candidate will travel locally, work independently, and handle tasks such as field audits, inventory checks, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Willingness to drive and perform hands-on, physical field work within a metro area.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document observations accurately.
• Reliable open bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer, is REQUIRED.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50-70 lbs as required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions.
• Perform inventory-related tasks, including: Equipment condition checks, Inventory replenishment, Lockbox and fob replacement, Coordination of minor equipment repair.
• Provide compactor and dumpster assistance when access, overflow, or blockage issues occur.
• Support service verification efforts, including observational evaluation of contractor performance.
• Assist with temporary service window coverage or on-site operational support during high-demand events.
• Document findings clearly and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations.

This role acts as a flexible extension of the operations team in handling audits, inventory needs, verification tasks, and short-term field assistance during high-volume or disruption periods. Travel and Mileage

• Local market travel between communities is required; possibly 200 miles per week.
• Approved work-related mileage is reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
