Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Part-Time Field Support Associate to assist our Valet Trash service across local communities. The role focuses on hands-on field support, audits, inventory tasks, and temporary on-site coverage during high-demand periods.

The ideal candidate travels locally, works independently, and can lift 50–70 lbs. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for local market travel up to about 200 miles per week.

Qualifications

• Willingness to drive and perform hands-on, physical field work within a metro area.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate observation documentation.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50–70 lbs as required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions.
• Perform inventory-related tasks, including equipment condition checks and replenishment.
• Replace lockboxes and fobs; coordinate minor equipment repairs.
• Provide compactor and dumpster assistance when access, overflow, or blockage issues occur.
• Support service verification through observational evaluation of contractor performance.
• Assist with temporary service window coverage or on-site operational support during high-demand events.
• Document findings clearly and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations.
