Fetch is seeking a Part-Time Field Support Associate to provide hands-on, non-supervisory field support for Valet Trash services across the Atlanta area. Role involves auditing, inventory tasks, and temporary on-site assistance during high-demand periods.

You must be comfortable driving locally, working independently, and handling up to 50–70 lbs. Travel within the metro area is required; mileage is reimbursed per policy.

Qualifications

• Willingness to drive and perform hands-on, physical field work within a metro area.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document observations accurately.
• Reliable open bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer, is REQUIRED.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50–70 lbs as required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions.
• Perform inventory-related tasks, including equipment condition checks and inventory replenishment.
• Handle lockbox and fob replacement; coordinate minor equipment repairs.
• Provide compactor and dumpster assistance for access, overflow, or blockages.
• Support service verification through observational evaluation of contractor performance.
• Assist with temporary service window coverage or on-site support during high-demand events.
• Document findings clearly and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations.

Valet Trash by Fetch is seeking a Part-Time Field Support Associate to provide hands‑on, non‑supervisory field support for communities with our Valet Trash Service. This role exists to support contractor‑based operations, not to manage them.
