Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 7 years experience in Utility Pole Inspection.
• 2 years experience in supervision of field operations preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background/MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Crew Members to ensure safety and quality of work.
• Meet daily for job/safety briefings and inform technicians of changes or hazards.
• Train, coach and improve efficiencies of Crew Members.
• Plan and oversee tailgate meetings.
• Respond to customer needs and safety incidents in the field.

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
