Job summary

Grid One Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time experienced Field Supervisor to join our organization immediately.

The Field Supervisor coordinates the work of field staff across projects, overseeing engineering, construction, and maintenance, with emphasis on safety and quality. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years supervising field operations and 7 years in utility pole inspection, plus travel and long-hour flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of supervision experience in field operations.
• 7 years of experience in Utility Pole Inspection.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Crew Members to ensure safety and quality of work.
• Report daily on safety, quality, productivity, attendance and tardiness.
• Plan and oversee tailgate meetings.
• Train, coach, and improve efficiencies of Crew Members.
• Assist with other project elements as directed by Project Manager.
