Job summary

Grid One Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Field Supervisor to join our organization immediately. The Field Supervisor coordinates the work of different departments, manages field staff on multiple projects, and ensures safety and quality in engineering, construction, and maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidates will have 7 years in utility pole inspection and 2 years of supervisory experience, plus a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 7 years' experience in Utility Pole Inspection.
• 2 years' experience in supervision of field operations preferred.
• Pre-screening including background/MVR and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Crew Members to ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate field activities across departments and projects.
• Report daily on safety, productivity, and attendance.
• Train, coach, and improve efficiencies of all Crew Members.
