Responsibilities

  • Supervise a crew of up to ten employees.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate daily field operations.
  • Record and submit data related to timekeeping, payroll, and work performed.
  • Promote and enforce safety via daily briefings and weekly safety meetings.
  • Operate vehicles to transport material, equipment, and crew to job sites.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Enforce company policies including Drug- and Alcohol-Free Workplace and anti-discrimination.
  • Maintain professional customer relations.
