Job summary

The position requires a valid driver's license and strong communication skills; a TCS certification is preferred but not required, with onboarding within 60 days. Compensation starts at $18.00/hr plus potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Professional communication skills.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification preferred, not required; must obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan inspections routes and schedules.
• Stock and equip vehicles with signs, equipment, and supplies.
• Travel to sites and inspect for safety and quality violations.
• Complete and submit field inspection paperwork.
• Perform Crew Lead duties and supervise team members.
• Check sites and document observations.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at each site.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure equipment and schedules are current.
