Communications Install Solutions Inc is looking for a driven and experienced Field Tech Supervisor to lead our team on the ground in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field technician activities across job sites in the Georgia region
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of communications systems and infrastructure
• Ensure all field work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines
• Train, mentor, and evaluate field technicians to promote skill development and performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and management or project coordinators
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks on completed and in‑progress installations
• Manage equipment, tools, and materials inventory for field operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in communications, low‑voltage, or telecom installation and field operations
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a field‑based technical role
• Strong knowledge of communications systems, cabling, and installation best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and project specifications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the Georgia region
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain is a plus
