Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a service team across the region, overseeing start-up, commissioning, emergency service, and troubleshooting of electrical gear up to 15 kV. You will mentor technicians, ensure safety, and maintain strong customer relations while delivering projects on time.

You will interpret diagrams, provide expert field guidance, and report on progress, performance, and issues to customers and management. A valid license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, generators, switchgear, and ATS.
• Understand NEC, OSHA, NFPA standards and safety procedures.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Experience supervising field technicians and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train field service technicians within the area.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and testing of electrical systems.
• Oversee large projects including commissioning and turnkey work.
• Provide timely reports, estimates, and billing information.
