Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews to complete work on schedule.

• Anticipate material and equipment needs; communicate requirements to teams.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized job sites and conduct safety inspections.
• Lead quality control efforts to uphold company standards.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance and care of tools and equipment.
• Complete work orders and change orders; accurately assign costs.
• Communicate performance, updates and timelines to management.
• Submit daily reports, time records, receipts and docs promptly.
