Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.

• High level of professionalism and the ability to promote company standards.
• Security certifications are required.
• Willingness to travel to various client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to various client locations to monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel.
• Provide on-site support and assistance to security teams, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
• Advise and work with security personnel to improve their skills and raise performance standards.
• Promote and uphold the highest standards of security practices and professionalism across all sites.
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of security incidents and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain open and effective communication with security teams, management, and clients.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on site visits, team performance, and any incidents or issues encountered.
