Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers and ensures high quality service; evaluates service quality and initiates corrective actions.
• Meets with Branch management and client representatives for status updates and to address problems; supports security planning and post orders.
• Coordinates orientation, training, development and retention of staff; ensures respectful treatment of staff.
• Assigns and directs work; coaches employees and carries out disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains a positive, professional environment in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Reviews reports and assists with payroll and billing information; communicates requirements to staff.
