Job summary

TORQ Coatings is seeking a Field Supervisor / Project Manager in Milwaukee/Waukesha to lead field operations and build a Wisconsin market from the ground up. You’ll start by learning our installation process and running projects in the field, working alongside your crew and managing customer relationships from start to finish.

You do not need prior floor coating experience; we will train you. This hands-on leadership role offers paid training, overtime opportunities, and a clear path to larger

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience.
• Willing to learn a new trade and be hands-on in the field.
• Able to manage customers and job sites from start to finish.
• Strong work ethic and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Learn TORQ’s floor coating installation process through paid hands-on training.
• Lead a crew while working alongside them in the field.
• Manage residential and commercial projects from start to finish.
• Prepare, grind, repair, and coat concrete surfaces.
• Manage the daily workflow of your crew.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout their project.
• Keep projects on schedule and moving efficiently.
• Maintain TORQ’s quality and safety standards.
• Inspect completed projects before leaving the job site.
• Manage tools, equipment, and materials.
• Identify and solve problems that come up in the field.
• Train, coach, and develop crew members.
• Hold yourself and your team accountable.
• Help improve processes as the Milwaukee operation grows.
• Work with company leadership to help build a strong local operation.
