Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual visits to ensure quality services.
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and teams.
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals.
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion.
• Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff.
• Observe services and provide coaching, ensuring DIDD expectations are met.
• Complete quality assurance visits and review documentation.
