Job summary

Patriot Environmental Services is seeking a Supervisory Environmental Services professional to lead field crews on spills and remediation projects.

You will ensure safety, coordinate with management, and communicate with clients and regulators while preparing reports and waste shipments. This on-site role requires CDL preference, HAZWOPER readiness, and a proactive, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in related industry.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Supervise work crews at spills and projects.
• Maintain safe, compliant work sites per protocols.
• Coordinate with senior management on job sites.
• Prepare timesheets, summaries, and manifests.
• Prepare waste for shipment and delivery.
• Liaise with customers and regulatory agencies.
• Respond to emergency incidents 24/7 during standby.
• Develop new business and service lines as needed.
