Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Hydro Blast Technician to perform a wide range of physical tasks involving high-pressure water blasting, vacuum operations, site remediation, and waste handling. The role requires strength, flexibility, and adherence to safety protocols in a heavy industrial setting.

Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, maintaining safety gear, inspecting gear prior to work, and assisting with valve and pump maintenance in tanks, with a focus on efficiency and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• TWIC - if recently applied or it, a receipt will suffice for interview purposes.
• Driver’s license or State issued I.D. - MUST BE VALID.
• Must be capable of passing a hair follicle and urine drug screen.
• Understand and follows verbal and written instructions.
• Basic Safety Training Skills.
• Hydro blasting or pressure cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• General labor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set-up all necessary cleaning equipment such as high-pressure pumps, in service line hydro-blasting, and vacuum), in accordance with operational and training and guidelines and safety procedures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear.
• Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heavy industrial settings.
• Manually clean, install, fit repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment on tanks.
• Assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and general work area prior to starting any job. Inform supervisor of deficiencies, which may cause accidents, injuries, or lost productivity.
