Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead daily field operations in Charlotte, NC. You will split time between traditional technician duties and supervising the field team, ensuring timely PMs, repairs, and reactive service calls as needed.

You'll provide technical guidance, training, safety oversight, and coordination with the District Service Manager and sales teams to deliver reliable service for high-profile commercial facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service technicians and coordinating field activities.
• Strong focus on safety and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
• Proven scheduling and resource coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and balance workload between contracts and billable work.
• Provide leadership, technical support and on-the-job training to service technicians.
• Perform weekly site safety inspections and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate with DSM and BDM for large quotes and annual reviews.
• Assist with technician interviews and onboarding.
