Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to oversee daily field operations within the HVAC and building automation service team. You will balance technician duties with supervisory responsibilities and ensure timely PMs, repairs, and reactive calls when needed.

Responsibilities

• 50% of time will be spent on traditional technician duties and 50% on Field Supervisor duties.
• Provide leadership, technical support and on-the-job training to service technicians.
• Assist with the training plan for each technician.
• Perform weekly site safety inspections and rotate supervision.
• Lead safety efforts and enforce safety rules.
