Lindsey Life Home Care seeks a Field Supervisor to partner with leadership, ensuring clients receive high‑quality care in their own homes. The role coordinates staff, clients, and families while supporting supervision, scheduling, and hands-on caregiving as needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing urgent operational needs with compassionate, people-centered communication in a fast-paced home care setting. Strong follow-through and judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in community home care, home health, or related clinical setting within the past five years.
• CNA preferred as an added credential.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive communication with clients, families, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, high‑quality home care aligned with Lindsey Life policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage caregiver and client schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Provide direct client care as needed per care plans.
• Conduct in‑person supervisory visits and document outcomes within set timeframes.
• Coach and train staff, and resolve employee concerns fairly and consistently.
• Attend required meetings and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
