Job summary

Renova One is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee flooring projects across multi-family and single-family sites in Raleigh and Charlotte. You will ensure work meets project specs, schedules, and quality standards while coordinating field crews and interfacing with project managers.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in construction or restoration, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel weekly between Raleigh and Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in construction, restoration, or related field.
• Willingness to travel weekly between Raleigh and Charlotte.
• Strong understanding of job site operations, safety standards, and quality control.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate field teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support field crews, ensuring projects meet specifications and deadlines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate field employees to improve performance and quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline operations.
• Maintain records of project progress, employee performance, and safety incidents.
• Ensure proper use and care of company equipment on site.
• Coordinate crew scheduling and resource needs to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and regulations on job sites.
• Communicate updates and recommendations to leadership for process improvements.
• Oversee flooring installations on multi-family renovations and single-family projects.
