Job summary

ResiPro is seeking a high-energy Senior Project Manager to lead residential renovation operations across North Carolina, overseeing PMs in Raleigh, Charlotte, and Greensboro/Winston-Salem. This role combines field leadership with active project execution, including occupied inspections and scope writing, to maintain quality and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential construction management, 2+ years leading teams, and a strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

5+ years of residential construction management experience.
2+ years of direct management experience leading PMs or supers.
Active Residential Contractor License or General Contractor License (NC or reciprocity) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Direct the day-to-day field activities of a team of Project Managers across NC markets.
Perform occupied property inspections and write comprehensive scope estimates.
Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and control change orders to protect margins.
Mentor PMs and lead training to ensure proficiency with ResiPro systems and procedures.
