Job summary

ResiPro in Raleigh / Research Triangle area seeks a high-energy, field-centric Project Manager to lead our residential renovation model. You will own front-end inspections and back-end project execution, ensuring scopes are accurate and rehab delivered to strict quality standards.

On-site, you will manage tech-enabled inspections, coordinate schedules, oversee subcontractors, verify code compliance, and conduct final walk-throughs to ready homes for resale.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in residential construction management, home inspections, or high-volume scattered-site rehabs.
• Strong 'Multi-Trade' knowledge and understanding of NC building codes and inspection requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for managing local subcontractor relationships and with the ResiPro team.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for daily travel across the Greater Raleigh / Research Triangle area.

Responsibilities

• Tech-Enabled Inspections & Scoping: conduct property evaluations and build comprehensive scopes of work in real-time.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections, representing the company with professionalism.
• Identify and document repair needs, accounting for visible defects and necessary secondary work.
• Flag high-cost, high-liability items to meet acquisition criteria.
• Capture structural, mechanical, and safety concerns to prevent overruns and delays.
• Renovation Management & Subcontractor Oversight: manage renovations and schedule subcontractors per scope.
• Perform site visits to verify progress and ensure quality, materials, and adherence to specs.
• Ensure compliance with local NC building codes and monitor permits and documentation.
• Quality Assurance & Project Closeout: conduct final walks, verify systems, and ensure move-in readiness.
• Document final condition for resale readiness and market presentation.
