Job summary

Restoration 1 New Jersey is seeking a motivated Reconstruction Field Supervisor to oversee 10–15 residential projects. You will monitor progress, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the scope is met while maintaining clear homeowner communication. Training is provided in insurance restoration and project management.

The role emphasizes ownership, organization, and learning- driven advancement with a support team including an operations manager and coordinators in Glassboro, NJ.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of residential construction.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Professional communication with customers and subcontractors.
• Comfortable visiting job sites in Glassboro and South Jersey.
• Ability to recognize quality and workmanship concerns.
• Self-starter who follows through on commitments.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, email, and job-management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee approximately 10–15 residential reconstruction projects at different stages.
• Visit active job sites and monitor construction progress.
• Ensure subcontractors complete work properly and on schedule.
• Review the scope of work before and during construction.
• Provide regular updates to homeowners.
• Identify delays or quality concerns and suggest solutions.
• Capture job-site photos and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site access.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional.
• Conduct project walkthroughs with homeowners and create punch lists.
