Job summary

Irvine Cottages, LLC (DBA Irvine Cottages & Granny's Place) is seeking a Field Supervisor (CNA) to provide compassionate care and supervise residents across Irvine & Mission Viejo, CA. This full-time role requires proactive communication, organization, and collaboration with residents, caregivers, and administrators.

Responsibilities include daily resident rounds, discharge support, infection monitoring, vitals and weight tracking, medication audits, lab specimen collection, and ensuring clean,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CNA Certification required.
• Criminal background clearance required.
• Two years of experience in assisted living preferred.
• Knowledge of state elderly care regulations is valued.
• First Aid/CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to read/write directions.

Responsibilities

• Check on residents daily and create a schedule of rounds.
• Collaborate with field colleagues and share responsibilities.
• Assist in resident discharges and manage files/medication documentation.
• Observe residents for infection signs and skin issues.
• Monitor vital signs and weight changes; report to Administrator.
• Audit medications and collect lab specimens as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and bathrooms.
• Communicate needs to caregivers and follow 911 protocols.
