Qualifications

• 5+ years in field testing or construction inspection.
• Active driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• ICC Certifications (Masonry, Soils, Spray‑Applied Fireproofing, Post‑Tension, Concrete) or EIT licensure.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine field tests and inspections of soils, concrete, asphalt, and construction materials at job sites.
• Determine and reinforce code and job specification compliance.
• Compile and present detailed reports, diagrams, and findings.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle and field equipment.
• Coordinate with dispatch, engineers, and field supervisors on job status.
• Adhere to safety protocols to protect crew and others.
