UES, a leading geotechnical engineering and environmental services firm, seeks a hands-on Field Supervisor to lead our Construction Materials Testing team in the Kansas City market. This role emphasizes leadership, dependability, and operational excellence, mentoring technicians and keeping projects on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a welding certificate program.
• 5+ years of field experience in construction materials testing.
• Active ICC Certifications: Masonry, Soils, Spray‑Applied Fireproofing, Post‑Tension, Concrete, etc. or EIT licensure. CWI certification preferred.
• Strong math, time management, and problem‑solving skills with a focus on quality.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret blueprints, procedures, manuals, technical documents, and reports.
