Job summary

Aftermath Services LLC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation projects, including blood, bodily fluids, and trauma scenes. This role emphasizes safety, empathy, and on-site client communication.

You will supervise field work, ensure high safety and quality standards, manage project paperwork and scope approvals, and coordinate to ensure successful completion even without direct reports.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Local candidate available to respond within 1 hour of call.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar.
• Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel.
• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
• Xactimate experience.
• Track record of community engagement and outreach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
