Beck Group is seeking a Project Area Superintendent to join an extraordinary project team. You will work with your project team to sequence work with subcontractors and vendors, review scopes, and help ensure safe, on‑time project execution.

This role acts as a second-line supervisor over one or more crafts on a large project or within a defined area. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction experience, a college degree or equivalent, and the

• 2-5 years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction experience.
• College degree with relevant field OR equivalent field foreman/engineer experience.
• Thorough understanding of project documents and contractor work scopes.
• Experience with construction tech tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce site safety policies and Beck safety procedures.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and meetings; manage site logistics.
• Understand contracts, scopes of work, and periodic cost projections.
• Train and supervise hourly labor and track time in project systems.
• Review subcontractor documentation and ensure adherence to specs.
