Job summary

Professional Employment Group of Colorado seeks a General Superintendent to lead field operations for a portfolio of ground-up projects in the Denver area. You will supervise and mentor approximately 17 Superintendents, align field execution with project goals, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time turnover across concurrent sites.

• Extensive commercial construction experience, ground-up projects.
• Ability to lead and mentor field teams across multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Experience coaching and developing senior field leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to approximately 17 Superintendents across multiple active projects.
• Oversee field execution of a diverse ground-up construction portfolio from mobilization through turnover.
• Assign and coordinate Superintendents based on project requirements and strengths.
• Visit job sites regularly to evaluate progress, safety, quality, manpower, scheduling, logistics, and field performance.
• Partner with Project Executives, Project Managers, and leadership to resolve project challenges before they affect schedule or budget.
• Hold Superintendents accountable for schedules, subcontractor coordination, and safety.
