Job summary

Top Echelon LLC seeks a Field Superintendent for the Eagle Valley/Grand Junction area to lead field operations on ground-up commercial multi-family projects. You will supervise site activities, manage planning and scheduling, and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence throughout the construction phase.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in ground-up multi-family construction, with proficiency in Procore and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 4 years of ground-up commercial/multi-family construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Refine and implement site planning, logistics and procedures for the execution of the works.
• Execute the plan for survey and layout; verify the work of others.
• Monitor CPM progress schedule for the portion of work and coordinate with the overall schedule.
• Enforce the project safety and security program per company policy and applicable codes.
• Coordinate and schedule the work of subcontractors.
• Maintain the 1-2-3 Quality Control program with pre-phase meetings and inspections.
• Maintain on-site copies of record documents, drawings, specs and submittals.
• Assist with submittal review and RFI process with PM/PE and Project Superintendent.
• Implement jobsite housekeeping, temporary utilities and material handling plans.
• Coordinate with Shaw self-performed work: labor, equipment, budget and tracking.
• Document project performance and compile daily reports (time cards, safety, QA/QC).
• Coordinate with inspection agencies as required.
• Assist with project closeout and dispute resolution.
