Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedule and provide regular updates.
• Oversee field coordination, quality control, and day-to-day supervision of subcontractors.
• Review project status with Project Manager and clients.
• Assess manpower, materials, and equipment needs and align with site supervisors.
• Direct subcontractor activities on interior commercial fit-outs.
• Maintain and verify LEED requirements.
• Enforce field policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Produce reports and forecasts for progress tracking.
