Job summary

RW Dake Construction, an ESOP-owned general contractor, seeks a seasoned supervisor for multifaceted field leadership in Maryland. You will manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on interior and fit-out projects.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of supervisory experience in construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5 years supervisory experience.
• Construction background required.
• Ability to read plans and coordinate field operations.
• Experience with LEED requirements is a plus.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the project schedule and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate field activities and supervise subcontracted crews.
• Review project status with Project Manager and client representatives.
• Analyze manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Direct subcontractor activities for interior projects.
• Maintain and verify LEED compliance.
• Enforce field policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for progress tracking.
• Ensure safety standards are followed by all crew members.
