Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• Construction background required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Proficient in managing subcontracted work forces.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules and provide regular updates.
• Oversee field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontractors.
• Review project status with the Project Manager and client representatives.
• Analyze manpower, material, and equipment needs and coordinate with field supers.
• Direct subcontractor activities for interior commercial fit-outs.
• Maintain and verify LEED requirements.
• Enforce company policies and safety rules in the field.
• Prepare progress reports and forecasts for supervisors.
