ARCO Design/Build is seeking an Assistant Superintendent who thrives in hands-on field leadership, prioritizes safety, and drives project success from the front lines.

You will assist with preconstruction planning, help develop schedules with the Project Manager, supervise day-to-day field activities, and coordinate subcontractors.

This role offers growth in a national design/build firm with strong bonuses, ESOP, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and clear paths for advancement.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming completion of an accredited civil/mechanical/construction program
• GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction Planning – attend post-award meetings and assist with planning
• Project Scheduling – work with PM to develop schedules and staffing
• Field Leadership – oversee daily field activities to ensure safety, schedule and budget
• Subcontractor Coordination – manage subcontractor activities and schedule updates
