ARCO Design/Build is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead field activities, coordinate subcontractors, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards on design/build projects.

You will work with a team of seasoned professionals across civil, mechanical, architectural disciplines, gaining exposure to full project lifecycles while advancing your career at a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming completion of an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering undergraduate or graduate program (other related engineering majors will be considered)
• Strong interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial builds, etc.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field activities to ensure work is safe, on schedule, within budget and per project specs
• Coordinate subcontractors and communicate schedule updates across trades
• Assist Project Manager with construction scheduling and resource planning
• Support project lifecycle exposure from preconstruction to closeout
