Job summary

CrossTown Design Build, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects from start to finish. You will manage on-site operations, coordinate subs, and ensure safety, schedule, and plans are followed.

The role requires strong ability to read drawings, lead crews, and maintain high quality workmanship while keeping clients informed and aligned with PMs and field teams.

** Job Overview**
We’re looking for an ** Construction Superintendent** with commercial experience who knows how to run a job from start to finish. This role is for someone who can take control, coordinate subs, solve problems, and make sure the job gets done right — safely, on schedule, and per plans

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run day-to-day job-site operations and be the on-site face of CrossTown Design Build
• Plan the work, manage the schedule, and keep crews and subcontractors on track
• Review scopes, drawings, and budgets to catch issues before they become problems
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
• Hold subcontractors accountable to contracts, schedules, and quality standards
• Track progress, manpower, and materials to keep the job moving
• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and field teams
• Identify and solve field issues related to existing conditions or design conflicts
• Manage punch lists and closeout
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times

• Multilingual skills are a plus
