Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Store Operations Support Specialist to conduct operations assessments across US stores, evaluating product, service, image, food safety and technology, and providing hands-on training.

You will facilitate educational programs, partner with franchises and marketplace trainers, calibrate visits, share best practices, and support new innovations and product launches while traveling 75–85% and working 3–4 weekends per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year General Management experience at Domino’s Pizza store, 2 years preferred.
• Experience as a multi-unit supervisor or Operations Trainer preferred.
• Role model operator with history of exceptional evaluation scores.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Proficient in leveraging technology and innovation in stores to drive operational performance.
• Ability to travel 75-85% and work 3-4 weekends per month.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor.
• Thorough understanding of Domino’s Pizza standards, policies, and procedures.
• High school diploma required; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Operations Assessments in all US stores, measuring Product, Service, Image, Food Safety, Team Member Safety and Technology/Innovation.
• Provide hands-on training during assessments and ensure store compliance with DPZ standards.
• Evaluate stores to meet objectives and travel as needed within the assigned area.
• Facilitate educational programs on operations evaluation and improvement with Franchisees and Marketplace Trainers.
• Calibrate visits with marketplace leaders and share best practices.
• Participate in special programs like Domino’s Pizza Prep School and onboarding for stakeholders.
• Gather and provide data on request and support testing and rollout of new innovations or product launches.
• Maintain direct communications with WRC, marketplace leaders, and Franchisees; plan store visits efficiently.
