Domino’s Pizza is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist in daily oversight and execution of store objectives, including sales, costs, employee retention, food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, ensure brand standards, and support scheduling and training in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will work hands-on in food preparation, service, and deliveries, while upholding cash controls and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with management and customers.
• Ability to pass applicable background checks.
• Strong multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead a team on duty and coordinate tasks.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure friendly, responsive customer service and brand standards.
• Supervise food preparation, portioning and service to ensure quality.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and labor scheduling.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and reconcile cash at shift end.
• Coordinate deliveries and product receiving according to brand standards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members and maintain a productive work environment.
