Job summary

Public Storage is seeking an energetic Property Manager who can work independently across multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and help customers choose the right solutions.

Daily tasks include unit inspections, inventory checks, cash handling, bank deposits, and keeping accounts current with payments. You will travel between sites with your own vehicle and maintain grounds, while delivering great service and contributing to a positive work

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or food-service.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
