Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, operating independently to serve customers and maintain spaces ready for rent.

You will assess storage needs, propose packing supplies, perform daily inspections, and handle payments while providing excellent service. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites are required, with some outdoor and physical tasks involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 pounds and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and conduct reminder/collection calls when needed.
